WORKFLOW
From a customer question to a comparable retest
- Define the brand and question. Save official identity, verifiable claims, source links, and the exact question.
- Record the conditions. Keep the provider, model, connectivity, collection channel, date, and failure state.
- Review the evidence. Check the answer, brand mention, official-site citation, and whether each source supports the claim.
- Improve the public source. Fix crawl barriers and content gaps, publish through the website's normal process, then repeat the same check.

What the numbers mean
Brand mention rate
Valid recorded answers mentioning the brand divided by all valid answers in the selected comparison group.
Official-site citation rate
Valid recorded answers citing the tracked official website divided by all valid answers in the group.
Failed checks
Failures remain available for diagnosis and are excluded from valid-answer rates.
Observed evidence
A saved answer or citation is an observation under stated conditions, not an estimate of all users or all platforms.
BOUNDARIES
What Citeverge does not claim
- No guarantee of crawling, indexing, ranking, citation, recommendation, traffic, leads, revenue, or sales.
- llms.txt and structured data improve clarity but do not force a model to use a page.
- Crawler checks use public responses and declared User-Agents; they cannot inspect private CDN or WAF rules.
- Citeverge identifies access barriers and suggests changes; it does not silently disable a customer's security controls.
- Connected model APIs may be billed by the provider and do not automatically include consumer web-search results.
