Choose the information to be handled

You can request access, correction or deletion of a Meta connection, selected workspace information, or your Citeverge account and associated data. A request is saved for review; it is not an immediate or automatic deletion command.

  1. If you only want to stop a Meta connection, open Publishing channels, find the connected account and choose Disconnect. You can also remove Citeverge through Meta's business-integration settings. Existing posts, receipts and statistics remain until separately handled.
  2. For a data request, open the signed-in request form or email us from your registered address. Include the account, affected brand or Meta Page/Instagram account if relevant, and the requested scope. Do not include passwords, keys, tokens or identity-document copies.
  3. Keep your request number. The team verifies ownership, checks dependencies and ongoing operations, then provides a response explaining what was handled and what remains. You can read signed-in requests and replies here; email requests are handled through the email conversation.

Published content and other copies

A Citeverge data request does not automatically delete Facebook or Instagram posts, third-party CMS drafts, recipient copies or backup files on your device. Deleting a source document alone may leave copies in task evidence or publishing receipts. Specify these records in your request so the scope can be reviewed.

Make or follow a request

Open your signed-in privacy requests · Request by email

The form requires your Citeverge login. If you cannot sign in, use the email option. Submission confirms receipt of a request, not that deletion has been completed.
